Our Story
BritServe started with a simple frustration: when an appliance fails, most households face an unpredictable bill, a long wait and no idea whether the engineer knocking on the door is qualified.
We built a cover model instead. Customers pay one clear fee, list the appliances that matter to them, and know that breakdown repairs, parts and an annual service check are already arranged. Over eight years in the field we have completed more than 22,000 repairs and now cover over 5,000 homes.
Every engineer on our team is trained, certified and fully insured, and every completed repair carries a 12-month guarantee.
