How Cover Works
From Fault Reported to Fault Fixed.
BritServe cover works like an annual maintenance agreement: one predictable fee, repairs and servicing included on the appliances you list.
1. Pick a plan and select your appliances
Choose Lite for one appliance, Growth for up to three, or Elite for unlimited whole-home cover. Add each appliance you want covered to your cart before checkout.
2. Pay your plan fee — monthly or annually
Your cover starts as soon as your first payment is confirmed. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time and annual plans are billed once for twelve months of cover.
3. Book a repair or annual service anytime it’s needed
Report a fault by email and we will confirm an appointment slot within your plan’s callout window. Your annual service check can be booked whenever suits you.
4. Our engineer visits and fixes it
A certified, insured BritServe engineer diagnoses the fault and completes the repair. Parts and labour on covered faults are included up to your plan limit, and repairs carry a 12-month guarantee.

- Accidental damage, misuse or deliberate damage
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect function
- Appliances already faulty when cover started
- Appliances used commercially without prior agreement
- Replacement of an appliance that is beyond economical repair
