How BritServe works to keep this website usable for everyone, the standards we aim for and how to report an accessibility problem.

1. Our commitment
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA across this website.
2. What we do
- Semantic headings and landmark regions on every page
- Visible keyboard focus and a skip link to main content
- Labelled form fields, with errors described in text
- Descriptive alternative text on informative images
- Colour contrast checked against AA thresholds
- Layouts that reflow to 320px without horizontal scrolling
3. Known limitations
Some photography carries decorative captions that repeat nearby text. We review the site each quarter and correct issues found.
4. Reporting a problem
If something on this site is difficult to use, email apexmstripe@gmail.com with the page address and what happened. We aim to respond within five working days and can provide plan information in large print or plain text on request.
