What cookies and browser storage the BritServe website uses, why they are used, and how to control or clear them.

1. Our approach
This is a static website. We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking or third-party profiling.
2. What we store
- britserve_cart_v1 — the cover plans and appliances you have added to your cart, kept in your browser’s local storage so your selection survives a page refresh
- britserve_orders and britserve_last_order — a local copy of an order you have submitted, so your confirmation can be shown
- britserve_enquiries and britserve_newsletter — local copies of forms you have submitted
- Font delivery — our typeface is requested from Google Fonts, which may log the request as part of delivering the file
All of the above are strictly necessary for the site to function as described, or are stored solely at your own request.
3. Managing storage
You can clear this data at any time by clearing site data for this domain in your browser settings, or by using the “Clear cart” control on the cart page. Clearing storage removes your cart and any locally saved submissions.
4. Changes
If we add analytics or marketing cookies in future we will publish a consent banner and update this page before any such cookie is set.
